  1. More Secure Dropbox Tips

    Changing the Password

    1. To change your password, type your email into Secure Dropbox and then select "Forgot Password".

    2. Once you do this, an email will be sent to you with a link inside. Follow the link to change your password.

    3. If you have problems finding the email with the link to change your password, you might want to check your spam or trash folders in your email.

    4. When you follow the link, be sure there are no spaces in front of your email address in the email box. If there is, just delete the space but leave the email address.

    Other Tips

Waiting on an email from Secure Dropbox? Be sure to check your spam or trash folder.

When composing a new message, use the "Check Names" button, even if you are sure the person already has an account. It's a quick "check spelling" tool.
